The powers are for reference environmental conditions: 100 kPa barometric pressure, 25º C and 30% relative humidity.

They are defined according to ISO 8528 and ISO 3046. PrimePower (PRP) “Primary Service”: It is applicable for generating sets that function as the main source of electrical energy.

It is overloadable by 10% in limited time peaks, maximum 1 every 12 hours. StandbyPower (LTP) “Emergency Service” is applicable for generator sets that operate when the Electrical Grid fails.

This power is NOT OVERCHARGED. However, to achieve a long engine life, it is recommended that the average active power load (kW) connected to the generating set in any 24-hour period of operation should not be higher than the following values:

• In Main Service, at 70% of the PRP power.

• In Emergency Service due to network failure, at 80% of the LTP power
