The Oroflex 20 is a quality flat rubber hose for compressors. You can use it in water transfers in agriculture or powder discharge. Available in a 100 meter roll.

Characteristics of the Oroflex 20 flat hose
Quality construction. It is constructed with highly solid synthetic yarn.
Chemical resistance. It withstands contamination from various chemical substances without problems
High thermal range. It can be used in temperatures from -30 °C to 80 °C.
Color:
Standard colors are yellow for diameters up to 5” and black for larger sizes. The 6 "and 8" ones are usually also available in green. Other colors are available upon request.
Applications:
Designed for agricultural and heavy-duty discharge applications including dewatering, water transfer, sludge and manure spreading, irrigation, water and hydrocarbon bypass operations, compressed air applications up to 3” ID , high pressure liquid pumping, bulk powder discharge (excluding cement) and flotation booms.
Construction:
Made of 100% high tenacity circularly woven synthetic yarn, fully protected and enclosed by a tough, highly resistant PVC and synthetic nitrile rubber blend, extruded through the fabric and forming a single homogeneous construction without the use of glues or adhesives.
Coating properties:
one. Maximum tensile strength of the coating: guaranteed minimum value of 1,500 psi (10,500 kPa).
B. Maximum elongation: 400% minimum.
C. Accelerated aging test: The tensile strength and ultimate elongation of the vulcanized rubber compound have been tested with oxygen at a pressure of 300 psi +/- 10 psi (2100 kPa +/- 70 kPa ) and a temperature of 70 degrees Celsius +/-1 degree (158 ºF +/- 18 ºF) for a period of 96 hours, after which the rubber properties are at least 60% of the original values. span>
Abrasion resistance:
OROFLEX 20 hose will extend the life of your application in extreme conditions, where abrasion is the primary concern. Abrasion resistance> 2000 cycles.
Service temperature range:
-22ºF (-30ºC) to 176ºF (80ºC). Special versions for higher and lower temperatures available upon request.
Ozone resistance:
No visible signs of cracking appear in the coating or cover when tested in accordance with Procedure B of ASTM D518, 100pphm / 104ºF (40ºC).
Chemical resistance:
Exposure to seawater and contamination by most chemicals, hydrocarbons, oils and greases does not affect the short or long term performance of the hose. A chemical resistance table is available and TIPSA will provide specific chemical resistance data upon request by the purchaser for unique applications.
Lengths:
Standard 50 feet (15 m), 66 feet (20 m), 100 feet (30 m), 200 feet (60 m), 330 feet (100 m). Special lengths up to 660 feet (200 m).
Couplings:
As requested by the buyer, for liquid transfer (Camlock, Bauer, Perrot, Victaulic, Storz, etc.) as well as for compressed air (ground joint, universal air hose couplings, etc.).
