The powers are for reference environmental conditions: 100 kPa barometric pressure, 25º C and 30% relative humidity.

They are defined according to ISO 8528 and ISO 3046.

PrimePower (PRP) “Primary Service”: It is applicable for generator sets that function as the main source of electrical energy.

It is overloadable by 10% in limited time peaks, maximum 1 every 12 hours..

StandbyPower (LTP) “Emergency Service” is applicable for generator sets that operate when the Electrical Grid fails.

This power is NOT OVERCHARGED.

However, to achieve a long life of the engine, it is recommended that the average active power load (kW) connected to the generating set in any period of 24 hours of operation, not be higher than the following values:

   • In Main Service, at 70% of the PRP power.

   • In Emergency Service due to network failure, at 80% of LTP power
