MK-250KS AND MK-500KS Compact Crane Magnets

REMA MK-250KS and MK-500KS are suitable for lifting and transporting both vertical and horizontal steel plates, allowing the steel plate to be rotated, which is an advantage in vertical storage. Both types are suitable for lifting 4mm thick steel sheets. Maximum lifting force is achieved with 20 mm thick steel plates. One lifting magnet is sufficient for steel sheets with a size of 1 x 2 m. For 1.5 x 3 m steel plates, two lifting magnets with crossbar are required.

When transporting the plates in pallet transport, it is beneficial due to the turning that can be performed and can lift steel sheets up to 4mm thick.

• Never exceed the safe working load.
• Hand magnets have a safety factor of 2.
• Crane magnets have a safety factor of 3.
• It is prohibited to be under the load of a crane magnet.
