Applications:

Designed and recommended for groundwater extraction and well monitoring operations in different industries such as agriculture, water supply, mining and quarry dewatering, marine and offshore industry, and in the geothermal industry.

Ideal for the extraction of potable and mineral groundwater, it offers fast pumping service and total resistance to corrosion, microbiology and scale.

Service temperature range:

From -58ºF (-50ºC) to 150ºF (65ºC), with peaks up to 175ºF (80ºC).

Recommended operating pH range:

4 to 9 below 86ºF (30ºC) and 5 to 9 from 86ºF to 122ºF (30ºC to 50ºC).

Hose construction:

Made from 100% high tenacity circularly woven synthetic yarn, completely protected and enclosed by a tough, highly resilient thermoplastic polyurethane extruded through the fabric, forming a single homogeneous construction without the use of glues or adhesives.

Its construction does not allow corrosion or incrustations, while giving it high resistance to abrasion and cutting.

Easy handling, storage and transportation, allowing for quick installation and recovery.

Ozone resistance:

No visible signs of cracking will appear due to ozone. Excellent resistance to weathering and UV rays.

Chemical resistance:

Exposure to seawater and contamination by most chemicals, hydrocarbons, oils and greases does not affect the short or long term performance of the hose.< /p>

A chemical resistance table is available and TIPSA will provide specific chemical resistance data upon request by the purchaser for unique applications.

It is strongly recommended to remove the hose from the well when chlorinating water.

2% in operating conditions

Maximum diametral wave:

10-15% in operating conditions.

Lengths:

Coil lengths available up to 1,640 feet (500 m) for 1 ¼” to 4” diameters and coils up to 980 feet (300 m) for 5” diameters and 6”. Other lengths may be available upon request.
