The hydrophobic coating of the fabric gives it remarkable longevity and the tank can be used for repeated or prolonged storage.

The closed structure of the tank prevents external contamination: insects, leaves, etc. The absence of an air center prevents the growth of microorganisms in the tank.

These tanks are easy to install without disturbing the environment: no major earthworks or excavations are needed, covered with a geotextile or a ten-centimeter layer of sand allows the installation of the flexible tank , in a few dozen minutes.

Flexible tanks offer the considerable advantage of containing odorsof stored liquids.

The flexible tank protects from rain and produces substantial savings, when open storage solutions must be oversized to take into account the contribution of rainwater, flexible cisterns offer a storage volume useful and constant, which prevents the dissolution of effluents.

Substantial savings in manure transportation and spreading

If you store manure you will spread only manure. In fact, the volume of liquid contained in deposits is preserved, and there is no water from rain to dilute it.

For example, if one expects a rainfall of 1100 mm and an estimated evaporation of 35%, a circular storage pit 3 meters high and 500 m3 of storage for 10 months would actually contain 160 m3 of additional water provided due to precipitation.

In this way, the time necessary to spread the manure contained in an open circular pit is on average 24.2% more important than with a flexible tank
