The Aroflex Fluir is a flat rubber hose for industrial use that allows you to pump in mining, sewage, agriculture and drainage systems. Available in a 100 meter roll.

Applications:
Designed and recommended for water transfer and as the main food line in agriculture. Ideal for general pumping tasks in irrigation, mining, construction, sewage, drainage systems and water diversion operations.
Construction:
Made of 100% high tenacity circularly woven synthetic yarn, fully protected and enclosed by a tough, highly durable synthetic nitrile rubber and PVC blend extruded through the fabric and forming a single homogeneous construction without the use of glues or adhesives.
Coating properties:
one. Maximum tensile strength of the coating: guaranteed minimum value of 1,500 psi (10,500 kPa).
B. Maximum elongation: 400% minimum.
C. Accelerated aging test: The tensile strength and ultimate elongation of the vulcanized rubber compound have been tested with oxygen at a pressure of 300 psi +/- 10 psi (2100 kPa +/- 70 kPa ) and a temperature of 70 degrees Celsius +/-1 degree (158 ℉ +/- 18 ℉) for a period of 96 hours, after which the rubber properties are at least 60% of the original values. span>
Abrasion resistance:
The OROFLEX FLOW hose will extend the life of your application in extreme conditions, where abrasion is the main concern. Abrasion resistance> 2000 cycles.
Service temperature range:
-4 ℉ (-20 ℃) to 176 ℉ (80 ℃). Special versions for higher and lower temperatures available upon request.
Ozone resistance:
No visible signs of cracking appear on the coating or cover when tested in accordance with Procedure B of ASTM D518, 100pphm / 104 ℉ (40 ℃).
Chemical resistance:
Exposure to seawater and contamination by most chemicals, hydrocarbons, oils and greases does not affect the short or long term performance of the hose. A chemical resistance table is available and TIPSA will provide specific chemical resistance data upon request by the purchaser for unique applications.
Lengths:
Standard 330 feet (100 m) and 660 feet (200 m).
