Ball check valve features

Body made of cast iron with excellent nodularity and oven-baked epoxy coating.

APPLICATIONS

• General uses: wastewater, stagnant fluids, water lifting. (purification, water treatment, pumping...).

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Designed according to EN 12334.
• Distance between faces according to (DIN 3202-F6) EN558. 
• Measurement from DN 80 to DN 300.
• Tightness and operation in vertical or horizontal position.
• Low pressure loss. 
• Completely smooth interior surface thanks to the movement of the ball. 
• Self-cleaning ball. 
• Mechanized seat for greater tightness. 
• No risk of ball blocking, straight passage. 
• Quick and easy lid removal. 
• The lid allows the ball to be dislodged.

COATING

• Body: baked epoxy 250 µ, RAL 5017.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Maximum working temperature 70 ºC. 
• Working pressure: PN 16 (DN 80 - DN 150). PN 10 (DN 200 - DN 300).

STANDARDS AND TESTS

• Manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the European directive 97/23/CE < Equipment under pressure>: category III module H (DN 40 – 350 and DN 1” – 2”1/2).
• Tests carried out and established according to EN 12266-1.

CONNECTION

• Mounting length according to EN 558-1 series
• 48, DIN 3202/1 series F6. 
• Assembly of flanges according to EN 1092- 2: (ISO 7005-2) PN 10/16.
